PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid administration tool allowing liquid administration with low invasion.SOLUTION: A liquid administration tool 100 includes: an internal cylinder 3 capable of filling liquid; a puncture needle 7 having a double-ended needle 71 having a sharp tip side needle tip 711 on the tip; an operation member 5 for performing discharge operation for discharging liquid from the double-ended needle 71; a cover member 6 movable between a position (A) of covering at least the tip side needle tip 711, and a position (B) of exposing the tip side needle tip 711; and an external cylinder 4 prohibiting the movement of the operation member 5 while the cover member 6 moves to the position (B), and releasing the prohibition of the movement of the operation member 5 by rotating when the cover member 6 is positioned in the position (B); and a torque transmission preventing mechanism 10 for preventing the torque from being transmitted to the puncture needle 7 when the external cylinder 4 rotates. |
