PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation panel for cooling/heating which is laid over a floor of a non-habitable part and is capable of obtaining a suitable cooling/heating effect with less hot heat or cold heat circulation.SOLUTION: A heat radiation panel 1 for cooling/heating comprises: a thin plate shaped foamed resin molding 2 as a heat insulation material of which the planar shape is formed rectangular; a water pipe 3 embedded in a groove that is formed on a front side of the foamed resin molding 2; a floor finishing material fixing joist-shaped member 4 which is buried in the foamed resin molding 2 so as to expose its top and bottom faces; and a heat radiation sheet 5 for thermal diffusion which is deposited on a front-side surface of the foamed resin molding 2. The water pipe 3 is formed from one pipe, a laying length of the water pipe 3 relative to an area of the top face of the heat radiation panel is set to 5 to 10 m/m, and top face output in the case where hot water at 60°C is circulated is set to 60 to 100 W/m. |
