<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuyere portion structure which can keep stably an effect of preventing deformation of tuyere and a cooling box over a long period from the beginning of operation of a blast furnace to the later period of the furnace life.SOLUTION: A first carbon brick block 14a arranged in contact with the lower surface of a tuyere brick 6 of a blast furnace and a second carbon brick block 14b arranged in contact with the upper surface of a furnace bed wall brick 10 of the blast furnace are brought into contact with each other along an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is inclined so that the first carbon brick block 14a moves to the side of a stave 7 of the blast furnace with ascending of the second carbon brick block 14b. A stamp material 17b is packed between the first carbon brick block 14a and the stave 7, and a stamp material 17b is also packed between the upper surface of the second carbon brick block 14b and the lower surface of the tuyere brick 6.</p> |
