CHEMICAL LOOP COMBUSTION METHOD, OXYGEN CARRIER AND SUPPORT THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen carrier support which is inexpensive and improves reactivity, an oxygen carrier using this support and a chemical loop combustion method using this oxygen carrier without using rare metals.SOLUTION: The oxygen carrier support is used for the oxygen carrier for chemical loop combustion and formed from a sinter containing CaO, TiOand FeO. The oxygen carrier for chemical loop combustion is formed by carrying a metal oxide such as iron oxide in this support. The chemical loop combustion method uses this oxygen carrier for chemical loop combustion.
