<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor in which a short circuit failure between inner electrodes hardly occurs even when abnormal grain growth is generated in an outer layer part during burning of a laminated body.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 includes a rectangular parallelepiped ceramic main body 12. First and second inner electrodes sandwiching a ceramic layer are disposed inside the ceramic main body 12. A first outer electrode 24a connected to the first inner electrode is formed on a first end surface 18a of the ceramic main body 12. Further, a second outer electrode 24b connected to the second inner electrode is formed on a second end surface 18b of the ceramic main body 12. A thickness of an outermost layer of the ceramic layer between at least the first inner electrode and the second inner electrode is set to be larger than a thickness of the ceramic layer in an inner layer part.</p> |
