A board game for teaching body transformation principles in the context of fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition includes a playing board having Learning Track and Training Track both sharing a number of mutual spaces. The game starts at the Learning Track while each player is provided with a Workout Plan card which sets the requirements for entering the Training Track and serves for score keeping later in the game. The Learning Track provides opportunities to learn important knowledge and skills relating to player's workout, nutrition and overall approach to body transformation. Once the player learns all essential skills and meets the requirements on his/her Workout Plan card, the player enters the Training Track. The Training Track simulates the process of body transformation and allows a player to change his/her body weight. The game is played in accordance with formal rules which include provisions for declaring a winner. |
