PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering method which enables reliable production of sintered parts of an intended shape, including micro parts, parts of a complicated shape and thin plate-like parts, and can suppress deterioration of the yield.SOLUTION: In a method of producing a sintered part, a plastic raw material P is charged into a die composed at least partially of an eliminative material, and the raw material P is pressure-molded by pressing the raw material P with a punch 6. In drawing the molded molding 1A from the die 5, together with the molding 1A, the die, or bottom-part die 53, composed of the eliminative material is also drawn. The molding 1A, together with the eliminative bottom-part die 53, is supplied to a de-binder step and a sinter step to form the molding 1A into a sintered part, and the eliminative bottom-part die 53 is eliminated in either of the de-binder step or the sinter step. Parts of shapes and sizes vulnerable to damage are molding-protected in the drawing step, and the die 53 is eliminated after the drawing, resulting in a sintered part free of damage and deformation. |
