PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device which can keep display consistency between a final frame image (LIH image) when positioning and an image after the positioning while reducing an X-ray exposure dose after the positioning.SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging device includes: an X-ray source which emits X-rays; an X-ray flat surface detector which is disposed to face the X-ray source and detects the X-rays transmitted through a subject; an image generation part which generates the image of the subject on the basis of the transmission X-rays detected by the X-ray flat surface detector; a display part which displays the image generated by the image generation part; and an image control part which stores the final frame image of a fluoroscopic image and displays the image on the display part. The image control part includes an inverse rotation processing part which inverts the stored final frame image (LIH image) in response to the inverse rotation of a relative position of the X-ray flat surface detector and the subject. |
