PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the resonance frequency of an objective lens holder and decrease the gain of the resonance.SOLUTION: The objective lens holder includes: a rectangular holding plate for holding an objective lens; tabular first and second leg plates that erect from two opposite sides of the holding plate in the same direction and have coils for displacing the objective lens in at least one of a focus direction and a tracking direction; and reinforcement plates attached to the surfaces of the holding plate and the first and second leg plates on the side surrounded with the holding plate and the first and second leg plates. |
