<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine the possibility of new applications of used-paper pulp, e.g. newspapers, whose utilization by recycle comes to the limit now and provide base cloth for heat insulation surface materials excellent in strength properties and rigidity even when blended with used-paper pulp.SOLUTION: Base cloth for foam plastic-based heat insulation surface materials is a nonwoven fabric which mainly comprises cellulose fiber originated from used-paper pulp, glass fiber and a fibrous binder as essential components, with at least a part of the cellulose fiber, glass fiber and fibrous binder adhered through fusion.</p> |
