<p>The present invention relates to the field of network communications. Provided are a switching time configuration method, device, system and equipment. The method comprises: obtaining, in a preset statistical cycle, a state of at least one terminal in a source measurement cell; determining, according to the state of the terminal, whether to add 1 to the current number of times of too late switching; calculating, according to the number of times of too late switching obtained when the statistical cycle is ended, a too late switching ratio; adjusting, according to the too late switching ratio, the current measurement threshold. The present invention adjusts the current measurement threshold according to the too late switching ratio; solves the problem that the prior art cannot be adapted to a variety of wireless environments; since statistics can be made on the link quality and the quality of service of each terminal in the source measurement cell in each statistical cycle, so that adjustment of measurement/switching time can be made, thereby making the network more intelligent.</p> |
