PCR diagnostic kits including primers for the genus-specific detection for theileria

The present invention relates to a primer set which can diagnose theileria, to a PCR diagnostic kit including the primer set, and a method for diagnosing the theileria using the kit and, more specifically, to (1) a primer set for diagnosing piroplasms including a forward primer represented by sequence number 1 and a reverse primer represented by sequence number 2, to (2) a primer set for diagnosing babesia which includes a forward primer represented by sequence number 3 and a reverse primer represented by sequence number 4, to (3) a PCR kit including a primer set for diagnosing theileria which includes a forward primer represented by sequence number 5 and a reverse primer represented by sequence number 6 and primers. The present invention relates to the method for diagnosing one or more selected from piroplasms, babesia, and theileria using the PCR kit which selectively or concurrently includes the (1) primer set or (3) primer set as primers.
