摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mix active material for a lithium secondary battery which is superior in high-rate discharge performance and electrode processability; an electrode arranged by use of the mix active material; and a lithium secondary battery.SOLUTION: A mix active material for a lithium secondary battery comprises two kinds of lithium transition metal complex oxide particles differing from each other in particle diameter and having α-NaFeOstructure. In mix active material, the transition metal (Me) includes Co, Ni and Mn, and the molar ratio Li/Me of lithium (Li) to the transition metal is larger than 1. As to the first lithium transition metal complex oxide particles with large particle diameter, the pore size is in a range of 30-40 nm, when a differential pore volume determined by BJH method from an adsorption isothermal curve obtained by a nitrogen gas adsorption method exhibits the maximum, the peak differential pore volume is 0.8 mm/(g nm) or larger. With the second lithium transition metal complex oxide particles with small particle diameter, the pore size is in a range of 50-70 nm, when a differential pore volume determined by BJH method from an adsorption isotherm curve obtained by the nitrogen gas adsorption method exhibits the maximum, the peak differential pore volume is 0.5 mm/(g nm) or smaller.
