摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deviation among results of respiration measurement in various states of a subject.SOLUTION: A respiration measurement apparatus comprising first measurement means 11 for performing measurement on the basis of a part length of a subject 90 and second measurement means 20 whose measurement accuracy is higher than that of the first measurement means 11, configured to: measure a fluctuation amount of lung capacity of the subject 90 in a first state by using the respective first measurement means 11 and second measurement means 20 to derive a calibration parameter based on a measurement result of the second measurement means 20 to a measurement result of the first measurement means 11; measure a part length of the subject 90 in a second state by using the first measurement means 11; and apply functional dependency relation showing that a representative value of part lengths in the second state depends on a representative value of part lengths in the first state to the measured data; and derive a fluctuation amount of lung capacity on the basis of a result of the application of the functional dependency relation, apply the calibration parameter based on the measurement result of the second measurement means 20 to the measurement result of the first measurement means 11 to a result of the derivation, and output a result of the application as the fluctuation amount of lung capacity of the subject 90 in the second state.</p>
