PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of information useful for resolving troubles in network equipment.SOLUTION: Equipment configuration management information configured by network equipment 7 connected with a network NW in a user house is stored, and at least two equipment configuration management information at different timings are compared with each other. At least a difference number (that means presence or absence of modification in a connection configuration), an image mark indicating modification contents of the connection configuration, and equipment model number information of the network equipment 7 whose connection configuration is modified, are outputted on a history screen of the connection configuration.
