<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a position of a cord on an endmost position in a width direction of a rubber cord composite material precisely for removing a lug rubber of the rubber cord composite material.SOLUTION: A width direction end region of a rubber cord composite material 4 is measured along the width direction by two-dimensional displacement sensors 6, 7, and waveform data corresponding to a surface shape of the rubber cord composite material 4 in the width direction is acquired. A peak position and height of a mountain of the waveform are determined from the waveform data, and the peak of the mountain where there is no adjacent peak mountain in a predetermined range is detected as a peak of the cord on an endmost in the width direction. Based on the waveform data, wave height of the mountain peak of the waveform and a village peak adjacent to the mountain peak is determined. The peak that the wave height exceeds a predetermined range is detected as a peak of the cord on the endmost in the width direction.</p> |
