<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade material fixing jig capable of reducing a time required for arrangements when machining a blade material for a press die by a horizontal machining center.SOLUTION: A blade material fixing jig 10 is a jig for setting a blade material W for a press die to a pallet 2 of a horizontal machining center 1. The blade material fixing jig 10 includes supports 11, a beam 12, struts 13, and pressing bolts 14. The support 11 supports a blade part W1 of the blade material W from below in a state that an attachment face M1 joined to the press die is directed to a main shaft 30. The beam 12 is disposed above the blade material W. The struts 13 connect both ends of the beam 12 to the pallet 12 on both sides adjacent to the attachment face M1. The pressing bolt 14 extends along the attachment face M1 from the beam 12, abuts on the back of the blade part W1, and presses the blade material W to the pallet 2.</p> |
