An inorganic light-emitting diode display device structure. A pixel light-emitting device is a vertical light-emitting device structure, and comprises an electron conductive electrode (12), a hole conductive electrode (5) and an inorganic functional layers (2, 3, 4) disposed between the electron conductive electrode (12) and the hole conductive electrode (5). Under the condition that the effective area of a unit pixel light-emitting device is ensured, the present invention can effectively increase the display resolution of an inorganic light-emitting diode display device.
