<p>Provided are a network configuration method, device and system. The method comprises: according to a terminal measurement report, a base station selecting a predetermined number of cells with best measurement results from a plurality of cells which are deployed both at the frequencies of a macro cell base station and a small cell base station, so as to generate a candidate cell information list; and the base station sending the candidate cell information list to a target base station, so as to facilitate the target base station in selecting a secondary cell after handover for the terminal in reference to the candidate cell information list. By means of the method, device and system in the embodiments of the present invention, the probability of the target base station configuring an optimal dual connection is improved, and in the case where the target base station configures a correct dual connection for the terminal, the robustness of terminal movement is enhanced and the signalling overhead is reduced.</p> |
