摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for measuring the interface adhesion of solar cells and a scratch tester therefor and, more specifically, to a method for measuring the interface adhesion of solar cells, capable of reliably measuring the interface adhesion of solar cells, and a scratch tester therefor. The method for measuring the interface adhesion of solar cells related to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step of making scratches on the solar cells; a step of measuring critical vertical force (Lc) of the solar cells among vertical force applied to the solar cells to make the scratches and the width (2A) of the scratches formed by the critical vertical force (Lc); and a step of calculating average vertical pressures (Pm) applied to the solar cells and the interface adhesion (τ) of the solar cells using the critical vertical force (Lc) and the width of the scratches.</p>
