<p>The invention relates to a floor casting nozzle for arrangement in or on the floor of a metallurgical container, having an upper end, preferably for connection to a metallurgical container or to a slide valve of a metallurgical container, and having a lower end, wherein a flow channel is arranged between the two ends, having at least one lower casting opening arranged on the lower end, wherein the wall of the flow channel pointing radially outward is enclosed by a gas-tight housing and wherein the housing encloses the lower end having the at least one casting opening in a gas-tight manner.
