PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for administering a permeable drug solution allowing for reducing a burden imposed on a living body and a workload, reducing a loss of the drug solution as much as possible, adjusting an optimal quantity of drug solution administered to an administration object site located at a position defying the gravity force, in a stably retained state, obstructing no view field of the administration site, and allowing an operator to administer the drug solution while checking the administration effect of the drug solution.SOLUTION: A permeable drug solution administration system includes: a spray section 1 that can spray a permeable drug solution from a lateral side of an endoscope distal end 10 to a surface of a living body lumen inner wall; and a detection section 2 that detects a permeation degree of the drug solution sprayed by the spray section permeating into the internal tissue of the living body lumen inner wall. A permeable drug solution administration method alternatively repeats: a first step in which the spray section sprays the drug solution to the surface of the living lumen inner wall; and a second step in which the spray section is made to stand by for the spray of the drug solution until the penetration degree reaches a prescribed degree, the penetration degree of the drug solution detected by the detection section after the first step penetrating into the internal tissue of the living body lumen inner wall; and intermittently administers, to the living body lumen inner wall, by dividing the prescribed quantity of the drug solution into a plurality of times. |
