The present invention relates to a production method for a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin. The present invention provides a graft copolymer comprising: a large-particle rubber polymer obtained by fusing polymerization-heat-controlled type small particles; and either a reactive emulsifier alone or a mixed emulsifier of a reactive emulsifier and a non-reactive emulsifier, such that it is possible to provide a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin wherein inclusion of said graft copolymer improves the mechanical properties, thermal stability, surface vividness and glossiness thereof.
