The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition capable of forming a coating having an excellent metal corrosion-preventing effect, having high adhesion to metal, and also having excellent transparency and insulation properties. This composition is characterized by including: a fluorine-containing polymer comprising at least one type of group selected from a group comprising polymerizable functional groups and cross-linkable functional groups; and a nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compound comprising polymerizable functional groups.
