The server device 5 estimates a deterioration degree of each battery on the basis of the number of times of charging, a full charge capacity or the like, compares the deterioration degree of each battery with those of the other batteries, creates a notification screen for urging replacement of batteries between the electric vehicles using the batteries between which a deterioration degree difference is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold, and transmits the notification screen to a user's client device 6. A user replaces the batteries so that a plurality of electric vehicles 1 can be made uniform in battery deterioration while viewing the notification screen.
