PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control input/output of a power storage device in accordance with a degree of deterioration by accurately calculating the degree of deterioration even in the case where a use history during a use period cannot be used any more when estimating the degree of deterioration while using the use history of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A control device estimates a degree of deterioration based on a change in full charge capacitance of a power storage device while using a use history including a generation frequency for each use environment in a use period of the power storage device to be charged/discharged, and controls input/output of the power storage device in accordance with the degree of deterioration. In the case where the use history during the use period cannot be used any more, the control device calculates an estimated use period of the power storage device while using the full charge capacitance calculated from a charging/discharging history of the power storage device and estimated deterioration information previously specifying a relation between the use period of the power storage device and the change in the full charge capacitance, and generates an estimated use history during the estimated use period for calculating the degree of deterioration on the basis of an estimated generation frequency for each use environment specified beforehand in accordance with the estimated deterioration information. |
