PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish connection between a terminal device and an image processing device while achieving scale-out in a cloud computing environment.SOLUTION: When receiving device identification information of a device 30 selected by a user via an operation terminal 20, a service VM obtains holding VM identification information on the basis of the device identification information; requests the holding VM to transfer authority to connect with the device 30 on the basis of the obtained holding VM identification information; and when receiving the connection authority from the holding VM, establishes connection between the service VM and device 30.
