<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license issuing method by which a license issued to a first licensee is to be transferred to or shared with a second licensee.SOLUTION: A license issuing method by which a first license A permitting the use of a content C on one apparatus 1 out of two apparatuses is issued by a taxation authority, such as a tax office or a custom house, includes a process of causing one system 4 out of two systems 3 and 4 to transmit tax information pertaining to transactions of the content C or to issuance of the first license A to the other system 3, a process of causing the other system 3 to issue the first license A in response to reception of the tax information, and a process of issuing and transmitting a license B to the other apparatus 2, which is the transfer destination or the sharing partner of the first license A.</p> |
