<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slice piece carrier device and a method therefor, by which slice piece groups fed from a row direction orthogonal to a carrying direction are aligned in the row direction on a carrier conveyor.SOLUTION: Each slice piece body is composed of three slice pieces X in a column direction, which are successively carried at equal intervals in a column position on a column conveyor 2. A slice piece group composed of six slice piece bodies combined in a row direction is fed onto a carrier conveyor, which carries it in the same direction as the column conveyor 2. At this time, an amount of advance movement of each slice piece body at the discharging end part 22 of the column conveyor 2, which is repeated until the formation of the slice piece group is finished, is controlled so as to gradually increase by a minute amount L according to the feeding speed of a feed conveyor with respect to the carrier conveyor and the carrying speed of the carrier conveyor, in order to align the slice piece groups in the row direction for each slice piece body.</p> |
