<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device in which a water turbine efficiently receives water flow pressure, has less hydrodynamic loss and rotates even with a small water flow amount, and sufficient rotational torque can be obtained.SOLUTION: A water turbine 9, in which plural blade fixed shafts 7 are radially assembled by a holding part 6 fixed to a rational shaft 5, and a blade 8 is assembled to the tip of the blade fixed shaft, is installed to be inclined to a water flow surface. Consequently, the blade 8 having received water flow pressure is pressed from an upstream side to a downstream side, and the blade 8 having reached the downstream side moves on a water surface, and rotationally moves toward the upstream side without receiving water flow pressure.</p> |
