PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of generating report drawing clearly indicating a measurement position.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device processes ultrasonic images obtained by performing ultrasonic scanning on a diagnostic object. The ultrasonic images have a material image group for analyzing the shape of the diagnostic object and a diagnostic image. An image analysis measurement part 105 generates outline drawing indicating the shape of the diagnostic object with outlining on the basis of the shape of the diagnostic object analyzed from the material image group. A relative position calculation part 106 calculates the relative position indicating the relative positional relationship between the partial shape of the diagnostic object shown in the diagnostic image and the whole shape of the diagnostic object shown in the material image group. A diagnostic value overlapping part 107 identifies which part of the outline shape shown in the outline drawing corresponds with a specific portion to be an object of the diagnostic value in accordance with the relative position and overlaps the diagnostic value on the identified position in the outline drawing.
