PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power component which is arranged so that the transfer of process oil from an insulative rubber layer into a semiconductive rubber layer is prevented, and hard to cause dielectric breakdown.SOLUTION: The power component comprises at least: a core conductor; an insulative rubber layer provided over the outer periphery of the core conductor to cover the core conductor and including at least a base resin and a process oil; and a semiconductive rubber layer provided between the core conductor and the insulative rubber layer and including at least a base resin, a conductive carbon and a process oil. The ratio of the content (mass%) of the process oil included in the insulative rubber layer to the content (mass%) of the process oil included in the semiconductive rubber layer is 1.0 to 2.5 inclusive. |
