PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging clutch with a rotation synchronization function, which has a simple structure and high degree of design freedom, can stably and surely perform rotation synchronization, and surely release a fastened state.SOLUTION: An engaging clutch 50 with a rotation synchronization function is provided, in which force accompanied by movement of a sleeve 14 in a shaft direction is transmitted to an engagement member 12 through transmission means 10, and the engagement member 12 and a friction plate 22 engage by friction with each other to allow rotation of a mating member 24 and rotation of a drum 27 to be synchronized with each other, thereby reducing impact between a first gear 15 and a second gear 26 when being fastened. By utilizing the friction between planes of the friction plate 22 and the engagement member 12, a torque capacity at the time of rotation synchronization is stabilized, and the state where the friction plate 22 and the engagement member 12 are engaged with friction can be surely released when releasing the fastened state of the clutch. |
