<p>The present invention relates to a peptide for targeting mitochondria, a recombinant vector including the peptide, a method for moving target proteins to mitochondria in order to be distributed using the same, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases accompanying mitochondria hypofunction using the same. An amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 in the present invention is targeted to mitochondria so that a peptide including the same can move and distribute a material (compound, protein, gene) exhibiting pharmacological activities in mitochondria. Moreover, the peptide having the amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 serves as a target sequence for moving a particular material to mitochondria. Accordingly, when a composite is produced by binding the peptide with a pharmacologically active material (compound, protein, gene), the pharmacologically active material can be moved to mitochondria in order to directly act therein so that diseases related to mitochondria hypofunction can be prevented or treated using the same.</p> |
