PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression drier capable of simply drying an object to be dried without complicated configuration and equipment.SOLUTION: A decompression drier comprises: a dehydration container 2 for accommodating an object to be dried S inside; decompression means for decompressing the inside of the dehydration container 2 up to a predetermined pressure at which the object to be dried S does not freeze, by decompressing the inside of the dehydration container 2; and a valve member that permits or blocks air exhaustion of the inside of the dehydration container 2. When a pressure in the dehydration container 2 becomes the predetermined pressure, the valve member blocks the air exhaustion of the inside of the dehydration container 2 by the decompression means so as to dry the object to be dried S by evaporating water adhered to the object to be dried S. |
