PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing a monitor for provision of various kinds of information on a hall door of an elevator.SOLUTION: A monitoring system for an elevator door comprises: a glass plate for decoration which is so attached to a door surface as to cover the entire surface of the elevator door; a monitor box MB of a right hexahedron shape which is fixed to a reverse face of an elevator door D and is projected to the rear side of the elevator door so as to store a monitor M; the monitor M fixed in the monitor box MB; a reinforced glass plate which is disposed between the glass plate and the monitor M and has a size such that the reinforced glass plate covers the entire of the monitor in order to protect the monitor M from an impact onto the front face; reinforced glass plate fixation means which supports and fixes the reinforced glass plate at a height same as the surface of the elevator door D; ventilation means for discharging a heat generated from the monitor M to the exterior of the elevator door D; and a control box C which is connected to the monitor M and controls various signals and electric supply of the monitor. |
