PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic material which has adequate flexibility, produces no poor form in reflow soldering, and can be manufactured with a high production efficiency.SOLUTION: A composite magnetic material comprises: a resin composition containing (A)component consisting of acrylic copolymer having a cross-linkable functional group, (B)component consisting of a phenol resin, and (C)component consisting of compounds (1) and (2) each including two or more maleimide groups; and soft magnetic metal powder dispersed in the resin composition. In the composite magnetic material, the mass ratio represented by (A)component/[(B)component+(C)component] is 0.1-10. |
