摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load reduction-type cement composition with low cement, which is effective in prevention of elution of heavy metals from the soil while achieving effective utilization of a blast furnace slag, and good in strength development property to a soft ground, and to provide a soil improvement method by mixing the cement composition with an object soil.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement composition for improved soil containing 20 to 40 mass% of a Portland cement, 50 to 80 mass% of a blast furnace slag and 15 mass% or less of an anhydrous gypsum and 1 to 50 pts.mass of a magnesia-containing substance based on 100 pts.mass of total amount of the Portland cement, the blast furnace slag and the anhydrous gypsum, and the magnesium component in the cement composition is 3 to 15 mass% in terms of MgO.
