PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster-prevention network system enabling an inhabitant to check earthquake information even when he/she is out.SOLUTION: The disaster-prevention network system utilizes an on-site alarm system. A seismometer 2 is each installed in a building 1 such as a house, and buildings 70, 71 and 72 designated as destinations of the inhabitant living in the building 1. Each of the seismometers 2 installed in each of the buildings 1, 70, 71 and 72 is communicably connected to a central information processing center C for collecting the earthquake information from the seismometer 2 at each location. The central information processing center C is communicably connected to information terminals 55 and 56 used by the inhabitant living in the building 1 such as the house and an information terminal 57 located near a hypocenter, and transmits the earthquake information from the seismometer 2 installed near the hypocenter to the information terminals 55, 56 and 57 when an alarm is given. |
