Disclosed is a user online method, comprising: a user management device receiving a first online message of a user reported by a first BNG, wherein the first online message carries user information about the user and information about the first BNG; further receiving a second online message of the user reported by a second BNG, wherein the second online message carries user information about the user and information about the second BNG; recording the information about the first BNG and the information about the second BNG in a BNG list to which the user belongs according to the user information; selecting the first BNG from the BNG list according to a predetermined policy; issuing forwarding information about the user to the first BNG; and sending a reply message to the user for notifying the user to be online by means of the first BNG. Also disclosed are a user management device, a BNG and a user online system. In the embodiments of the present invention, by way of managing BNG users online through an independent user management device, the user scale can be expanded flexibly. |
