An air spring (2) is provided with: an upper face plate (21); a lower face plate (22); an elastic diaphragm (23) which hermetically connects the peripheral edge of the upper face plate (21) and the peripheral edge of the lower face plate (22), forming an air chamber (24) therein; an elastic stopper (25) which is connected to the lower face plate (22); and inner piping (45) and/or inner wiring (55) which is laid extending from the upper surface of the upper face plate (21) to a side surface of the elastic stopper (25). A railway vehicle (100) is provided with a vehicle body (11), a bogie (1), an interface plate (90) which is provided to the vehicle body (11), and the air spring (2) provided between the interface plate (90) and the bogie frame (3) of the bogie (1). A part of each of piping and/or wiring straddling both the vehicle body (11) and the bogie (1) of the railway vehicle (100) is configured from the inner piping (45) and/or the inner wiring (55) of the air spring (2).
