<p>The present invention relates to a sight communication device capable of making communication by transmitting and receiving an optical signal between parties at a long distance from each other. Optical signal communication which is representative sight communication controls signals concentrated toward the other party by predetermined codes to make communication. The optical signal communication may be utilized when making communication to give warnings to enemy forces or transmitting a command signal in a specific direction between friendly forces. However, according to optical communication according to the related art, since a shutter must be operated using man powder, the friendly forces may be sniped by the enemy forces under the emergency situation. The present invention is to provide an optical communication technology capable of transmitting an optical signal through a remote operation without the exposure of communication staff to the outside and capable of remotely receiving the optical signal if necessary.
