<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily redistribute a clock tree.SOLUTION: For each first cell, a first specification part specifies other second cells such that a cell connected to an input terminal of a second cell connected to the first cell and a cell connected to its own input terminal are the same. Other first cells connected to the second cell and the other second cells are specified. According to information which shows change contents of an arrangement of first cells and groups first cells connected to the same second cell in one, a second specification part specifies other first cells. When the other first cells specified by the second specification part are included in the other first cells specified by the first specification part, second cells connected to the other first cells are selected, and information which represents that the first cell and the selected second cells or copied second cells are connected through wiring is registered according to whether the first cell and the selected second cells satisfy a predetermined design rule.</p> |
