<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure use low dew point dehumidification air generating device for stable and long-term low dew point air which is free from leak and pressure fluctuation.SOLUTION: A high-pressure use low dew point dehumidification air generating device A includes a motor-driven rotation shaft 2 provided inside a frame 1, a first fixed contact plate 4 and a second fixed contact plate 5 fixed to the frame with the rotation shaft as a central shaft, and a cylindrical adsorption cylinder 10 arranged between them. Two-layer structure first honeycomb rotor 14 and second honeycomb rotor 15 are provided in the adsorption cylinder 10. The adsorption cylinder rotates intermittently by the rotation of a motor at predetermined intervals.</p> |
