<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding which is eliminated thoroughly in weld lines and does not cause deterioration of strength and its production method and production apparatus.SOLUTION: A resin mold (24) has one or more holes (25) other than the injection port and is injection-molded. The resin molding (24) is free of weld lines, and an edge member composed of the same resin as that of the resin molding is embedded around the holes (25) to integrate the holes (25) with the resin molding. The resin molding (24) is obtained by charging a molten resin uniformly into all the parts including parts to be formed into the holes, with ribes protruded preliminarily, at the time of injection molding, and pushing the ribs to the edge of the holes while compressing and removing the inner surface of the ribs at the same time.</p> |
