The fastening element having a shank to which the screw spring element is fastened with a first end of the spring wire. The screw spring element is rotated about the spring axis via the rotary drive. The opposite free end of the screw spring element having, as a threading aid, a pitch widening which grips the web-shaped edge region of the substructure upon rotation and clamps the edge in the screw spring element upon further rotation.
