The method for obtaining the motion prediction-related information may include searching a first temporal motion prediction candidate block to obtain first temporal motion prediction-related information in the first temporal motion prediction candidate block, and searching a second temporal motion prediction candidate block to obtain second temporal motion prediction-related information in the second temporal motion prediction candidate block. Thus, a memory space for storing the motion prediction-related information may be efficiently utilized. Also, an error between the prediction block and an original block may be reduced to improve coding efficiency.
