<p>The present invention relates to the synthesis of copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles having a particle size of 2-20 nm. The present invention relates to a method for preparing ink by using the CuO nanoparticles and a mixture solvent comprising water, ethanol and ethylene glycol. The ethylene glycol serves as a reducing agent. In addition, in the present invention a thin film is prepared on a substrate by using a mixed CuO nanoparticle ink and a pure copper thin film is formed by irradiating microwaves at different time intervals. When microwaves are irradiated at a CuO ink thin film, prepared by spin coating, for three minutes or more, the film has a resistance of 4.65μΩ·cm, which is 2-3 times greater than that of a bulk. In the present invention the ink was applied to a gel pen so as to be printed on various substrates. An electrode, which is printed on a paper substrate with the ink pen, was continuously printed three times and microwave-irradiated and has a resistance of 10μΩ, which is six times greater than that of a bulk.</p> |
