<p>A method for folding a pallet support (1) is disclosed, wherein the support is integrally formed from a single piece of board material (10). First, two sides (12) of the board material are folded inwards and flattened at least twice. Then the whole board material (10) is folded in half along its centerline and flattened. Next, a certain length of the upper ends (13) of the board material are folded towards two sides. Hence, a pallet support (1) is formed with a section having the thickness of several layers of board material (10) and a T-section structure with a thickened bottom is formed.</p> |
