PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require fewer components for detecting opening/closing of a door, decrease the number of man-hours for assembly, and avoid a problem of operation strokes.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to an embodiment includes: a refrigerator main body; a door opening/closing an interior of the refrigerator main body; and a door open/close detector detecting that the door is opened/closed. At least one of a surface portion of the door facing the refrigerator main body and a surface portion of the refrigerator main body facing the door is formed out of a conductive member, and the door open/close detector constituted by an electrostatic sensor is provided in a part, facing the conductive material, of the other surface portion. |
